The product should be kept frozen at -18ºC if not consumed immediately. Before consumption, product should be fully thawed and thoroughly cooked prior to serving. Frozen abalone should be thawed slowly in refrigerator, at room temperature or in cold water. DO NOT thaw frozen abalones forcefully in microwave, or in hot/warm water. The product is fresh frozen and ready to cook.
