Grilled Eel, Unagi (200g)
Product:
Frozen Grilled Eel, Unagi, 1pc, ±200g per pack.
Preparation Method:
1) Boiling: Place frozen grilled eel sealed in packet into boiling water for about 6 minutes, then remove from boiling water. Open packet and slide eel onto serving plate, ready to serve.
2) Microwave: Remove frozen grilled eel sealed in packet from freezer and defrost for 2 mins. Pierce holes for steam to escape on the top side of the packet, place it on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for about 3 mins. Open packet and slide eel onto serving plate, ready to serve.
3) Oven: Run cold water over the packet until it becomes loose. Open packet and slide eel onto baking ban and cover with foil. Bake under 350ºF/176ºC for about 8 mins.

Storage Instruction:
The product should be kept frozen at -18ºC. Before consumption, the product should be fully thawed and thoroughly cooked prior to serving. The product is fresh frozen and ready to eat.
